Viridian City is a city which has connections to Routes 1, 2 and 22. This city has a small lake and various small paths. It is surrounded by trees and has only a small number of buildings within. The Viridian City Gym is the final gym of the Kanto region. This gym is accessible only after obtaining all 7 badges and meeting with Blue to get Mega Stones in Pallet Town.

Pewter City is located within the north-west of Kanto, surrounded by cliff-faces.At the north part of the city is the Pewter Museum, inside which there are lots of artifacts. The Pewter City Gym is one of the gyms of the Kanto region. Here you will face Brock for your first gym badge.

Cerulean City is a city that borders on the top coast of Kanto, beneath a peninsula. In this city, there are few noteworthy areas, but it does give access to the special Cerulean Cave after obtaining all the badges. Here you'll battle gym leader Misty for a Cascade Badge.

Vermilion City is located on the southern part of the main area of Kanto. This city has a dock in which you can gain access to the SS Anne. In addition to that, it houses the Pokémon Fan Club. In the north-east of the city is a building site where an old man and his Machop are building a house. Make sure to stop by the gym to battle LT. Surge for a Thunder badge.

Here you can set up shop to sell items and Pokemon. It costs 10,000 Pokedollars to set up shop and you must own the items/Pokemon you are selling. You must also have at least 1,000 posts before you can make a shop.

Here is the place to go if you've like to have your own home built. It costs the same amount of Pokedollars as it does to set up shop. And you still must have 1,000 posts for this as well.
